The Website and its Content is owned and operated by the Bishops’ High School International Reunion Organizing Committee (“Committee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions on the Website at any time without notice, and by using the Website and its Content you are agreeing to the T&C as they appear, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use our Website or its Content.

The words, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through this Website (“Content”) is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You also represent that you are an alumnus/alumna of The Bishops’ High School or a legitimate guest invited by an alumnus/alumna. Any registration by, use of or access to the Website and its Content by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these T&C.

This Website and its Content is property solely owned by us and/or our affiliates or licensors, unless otherwise noted, and it is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the reunion name, logo, and any branded materials.

As a Licensee, you understand and acknowledge that this Website and its Content have been developed through the investment of significant time, effort and expense. - Event Registration and Payments.

All payments for reunion tickets and related items are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen debit or credit card. You agree that the information you provide to Stripe is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy.
All ticket sales for the reunion are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the Organizing Committee in its entirety. In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
- Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk.
You agree that you are voluntarily participating in the reunion event and using the Website at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and well-being during the event.
By attending the reunion, you acknowledge and assume all risks and liabilities that may arise from your participation, including but not limited to any illness, injury, loss, or damage to person or property. You agree to release the Organizing Committee, its members, volunteers, and The Bishops’ High School from any and all claims arising from such risks.
- Disclaimer.
General Disclaimer. Our Website and its Content are provided for informational purposes related to the reunion event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with our Website, its Content, or the reunion event.
